How To Order
- Start by browsing the Online Store and when you see something you like, click on the picture to visit the product page.
- You can now use the gallery to see more pictures and read the wording to find out more about the beautiful swimwear you're about to order. Just click the little picture on the bottom left for more images.
- Next, check your sizing using a tape measure. Get someone to help measure you if you're not sure how to. You can find the size guides for both Onepieces and Bikinis in the main menu or through these links - Onepiece Size & Style Guide and Bikini Size & Style Guide.
- Simply use the drop down menus to select your size and style for each item you want to order. If you can't see the combination or size you're after it usually means we're out of stock of that item, but depending on how new the design is we might have more coming soon, so please look for the little message displayed.
- Please note that bikini pieces are sold SEPARATELY so you can choose your perfect combo. That means you need to add both a TOP AND A BOTTOM to the shopping bag when you order to receive a full bikini set. We do this so everyone can choose whatever they need to suit their shape and or whatever mix and match combinations they want to make - it's all about the freedom of CHOICE!
- Once you're done simply click on the shopping bag at the top of the screen, check your items are right, then click the 'Check Out' button to start the ordering process. Please make sure you follow the prompts all the way to payment confirmation so you receive your order confirmation emails.
- If you don't receive your automated order processing and despatch emails the best place to look is in your 'SPAM' folder, so please check there. If they're lost please let us know as we can always re-send them for you.

Aquadiva ships all over the world every day and we love knowing there are Aquadiva girls all over the world. We offer express, regular and airmail shipping to accommodate all budgets and all at VERY affordable rates. Please check the estimates when ordering and on your invoice for approximate delivery times.
- We do our absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Order processing time is usually 2-4 business days and does not include shipping time, which varies by service and package destination.
When ordering keep in mind that we process all orders on a first-come, first served basis to be fair to all customers. If you have opted for express shipping be mindful that this does not mean express processing. Please email us if you have any special requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
- Tracking details will be entered into the order information and automatically emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Please choose the shipping method that includes tracking if you would like to know where your package is.
- Average estimated shipping time (exclusive of processing time) varies by location and shipping method chosen, so please check when placing your order.
Please note that once packages are posted we have no control over them and are therefore not responsible for delivery times. We are also not accountable or liable for loss or theft once packages have left our control. We also recommend choosing shipping options that INCLUDE tracking for safety. However we always look after our girls so rest assured we'll make sure you have your order.

Returns & Exchange Policy
- Aquadiva offers a 30 day return window to make sure you are happy with your Aquadiva purchase.
- We are happy to exchange garments for different sizes or styles provided they have the same price value. If the value is higher, the customers is required to pay the price difference. If the price is lower the balance can be used for return shipping, store credit or a refund.

- All items returned or exchanged must be in brand new, unworn condition. Please do not return worn or soiled items. It is against workplace health and safety regulations for our staff to handle them, meaning the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- ALL SALE items are FINAL and we reserve the right to grant or deny refunds depending on our conditions/conditions - a 20% restocking fee (of order total excluding shipping cost) will be charged for all items returned or exchanged against this rule.
- Orders over $150 that were given free shipping are also subject to recovery of the free shipping cost.
- Customer are responsible for returning the item to Aquadiva. We recommend using a method with tracking and insurance for safety. Aquadiva cannot accept responsibility for lost-in-transit items that we did not ship.
- If Aquadiva is found to be at fault, either for a product related issue or an order mistake, we will gladly provide the customer with free shipping and/or a store discount voucher to apologize for any inconvenience. We usually include free gifts, too!
- If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault please photograph the problem area and email it to us so we can assess the situation. Please ensure that the photograph is clear and accurately displays the problem. Email photos to: email@example.com
Return & Exchange Process
The process is designed to be as easy as possible. Please read on below -
- Before sending your item(s) back check the eligibility requirements below to make sure your return or exchange is within the guidelines - "Like new - unworn and undamaged."
Fill out the Return/Exchange form on the back of the packing slip that was included with your order or print a new one from the link below.
- Please carefully read the information on the form, fill in your details and sign the bottom to authorize Aquadiva staff to debit your account for any difference in item price, refund fee if applicable (20% of order total), and/or return shipping (varies by location). Please note that we must ALWAYS cover return shipping costs unless we are at fault, in which case we are happy to provide return shipping free of charge).
- You can then send your return/exchange back to the address on the bottom of the form. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking service and insurance for safety. Aquadiva cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that we did not ship.
- Once your return/exchange arrives we will do our best to process it within 3-5 business days. Processing may be longer during busy times and we apologize for any delay. We always do our best to organise things ASAP.
- If everything is in stock your exchange will be organised as soon as possible, which includes securing payment for your return shipping cost and any difference in item price. If you have opted to pay by PayPal, please check your email for any invoices sent.
- If the item you've requested is not available we will contact you via email and will follow up by phone if we do not receive a reply. Please check your email periodically if you have recently made a return or exchange.
- Once the process is complete your item will be sent with the next batch of post.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if:
The item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in any way - it is "like new" and the size label is untouched.
- The item(s) have a general manufacturing defect.
- The item(s) is being returned within 30 days of the original purchase, inclusive of shipping time.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The item has been worn. Please do not send us worn items, it is VERY easy to tell when something has been worn or washed.
- The item(s) has been damaged by consumer neglect or has failed to follow the ‘Care Guide’.
- The item(s) elastic has perished. Particularly if sunblock, body lotions or other chemicals have come into contact with the rubber straps and/or binding.
- The item(s) straps have stretched.
- The item(s) has pilling or snags in the fabric, including damage that causes a fuzzy texture.
- The item(s) is being returned outside of the 30 day exchange period.
- The stitching has broken or the fabric has torn due to rough treatment.

If you have an issue with an item and would like to organise a refund or exchange, please print a Return & Exchange Form from the link below, complete the details and mail it along with the item to the address listed on the bottom of the form.
