How we organise your order   


 We always do our absolute best to get your order to you as soon as possible!

  • Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days but is often quicker and sometimes takes a little bit longer during busy times. 
  • If there is any delay with your item greater than 5 working days we'll let you know by email as soon as possible.
  • Please email or call us if you have any special requirements like a delivery date and we'll be happy to help.

Aquadiva ships all over the world every day!

  • We offer Australia Post express, eParcel, and Pack & Track shipping all at the lowest, most affordable rates we could get. 
  • We are happy to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 and one free exchange for all orders over $150, meaning that if you need to make an exchange just post it back to us and we'll swap it then return it to you for free. *Note that a return for refund is not an exchange* 
  • Returns in Australia can be sent at your local post office for just $9.20 with a printable return label - ask us to send you one by email. 
  • All orders have secure tracking and signature on delivery.
  • If your order goes missing or isn't delivered we'll make sure you receive a replacement order of the same items as long as they are in stock (not a refund). 
  • If your order is returned to us because you were unable to collect it we'll post it again free of charge - we want you to have your pretty new swimwear! 
  • If we accidentally send you the wrong thing you're welcome to your choice of a replacement item or an exchange with complimentary shipping and a voucher - whatever makes you happier! 
  • Tracking details will be entered into the order information page visible in your customer account and are automatically emailed to you when your order is sent (check your spam folder if you can't find it).

We want you to be relaxed about making a return or exchange for three reasons - there’s no need for stress, we’re almost always happy to accept a return/exchange, and most importantly we want you to be totally in love with your new purchase ♡

  • Aquadiva offers a 100 day return window to take the pressure off returning your item!
  • We are happy to exchange for different sizes or styles - just send it back with the return/exchange slip included with your order, print a new one from the link below or write us a cute note (just remember to include your details).

How to: Make your Return/Exchange happen


  1. Before sending your item(s) back please check the conditions below and/or make sure that its still brand new so it is able to be exchanged. If you’re not sure, just ask (ᵔᴥᵔ)
  2. Fill out a return/exchange form or write us a cute note so we know what you want us to do ♡
  3. You can also ask us for a printable return label by email to post from anywhere in Australia for just $9.20
  4. Send your return/exchange to the address on the bottom of the form. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking service and insurance for safety. (Sorry, Aquadiva can’t accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that we did not ship)
  5. Sit tight for now! When your package arrives we’ll organise everything ASAP, generally within 1-3 business days, but sometimes a little bit longer at busy times. 
  6. If we need to ask you a question about your exchange we’ll send you an email first and then follow up by phone if we don’t receive a reply. Please check your email if you have recently made an exchange - it’s quicker and easier than calling ♡
  7. If you haven't reached the “$150 one free exchange” offer threshold we will send you an electronic invoice by email for your return shipping and/or any item price differences. If you've chosen a cheaper item you are more than welcome to a store credit/refund for the difference or to put it towards your shipping. Please note that you must always pay for return shipping costs unless your order reaches the “$150 one free exchange” offer amount. We’d love to give everyone free shipping but sadly we can’t, hope you understand ♡
  8. Once the process is complete your item will be sent with the next batch of post.

Can my item be returned or exchanged? Yes, of course! 


Returns and exchanges are always welcome and will happily be accepted if:

  • The item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in any way - it is like new and the label is untouched (labels are designed to reveal use). (Note - we choose not to use swing tags - they’re wasteful + generate unnecessary rubbish when they are thrown out)
  • The item(s) has a problem with its construction - for example a faulty stitch or a print problem (not related to item use or wear/tear). We take our quality very seriously so we always fix or replace any item that has a problem, including stitching problems on relatively new items - we want you to be happy after all!
  • The item(s) is being returned within 100 days of the original purchase.

Sorry, but we can’t accept a return/exchange if:
  • The item(s) has been worn and/or damaged by neglect, use/abuse, or by failure to follow the Care Guide instructions. 
  • The item(s) elastic has hardened or worn out from use. Especially if sunblock or something similar has come into contact with the item. (This happens to all elastic regardless of who made the item - rubber is a natural material that doesn’t like the chemicals in cosmetics)
  • The item(s) straps or other parts have become discoloured from use. Remember - keep your swimwear clean and it will last longer! 
  • The item(s) has pilling, snags, or any damage that causes a fuzzy texture from touching rough or sharp surfaces. 
  • The item(s) is being returned outside of the 100 day exchange time frame.
  • The stitching has broken or the fabric has torn due to rough treatment.

A final note on returns/exchanges - It goes without saying that we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We are also believers of "fair is fair" and do our absolute best to treat every one of our customers with the same respect and exceptionally good service that everyone deserves. After all, that's how we like to be treated when we shop online! So, if you treat us with the same attitude there is practically nothing we won't do to make sure you have an amazing Aquadiva experience!
