Aquadiva Swimwear provides customers with a personalized online account. This account allows users to manage their shipping and contact information, as well as track the status of any orders placed. By logging in to the secure site, account holders can view current and past "order history" and then select the specific order they wish to view information on.
Order Status Key
- New - Your order has been received and is waiting to be processed. You will receive an order confirmation email stating that we have received the order.
- In Progress - Payment status has been checked and either verified or put on hold. Verified orders are being packed and prepared for postage, while 'on hold' orders await payment confirmation.
- Back Ordered - An item(s) is unavailable and is waiting for new stock to arrive.
- Ready to Ship - Order is ready to be dispatched.
- Completed - Order has been completed, payment has been received and is being dispatched (this is the stage that your card is charged).
- Shipped - Order has left the warehouse and is in transit.
- Cancelled - Order has been cancelled.
