Return and Exchange Policy
Aquadiva offers a 21 day return and exchange policy. Below is a list of typical issues that qualify as reasons for return, exchange or repair.
PLEASE DON'T EVER SEND AN UNWASHED GARMENT BACK TO US. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR OUR TEAM TO HAVE TO HANDLE DIRTY GARMENTS NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. IF AN UNCLEAN GARMENT IS SENT TO US, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.
Conditions for SALE ITEMS:
Normal return and exchange process applies but choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for sale items. We will happily exchange sizes where available and issue credit notes if no exchange is suitable. Please note we do not pay return freight on size/style exchanges on SALE items. Download a 'RETURN SLIP' (see below) if you need to send something back.
IMPORTANT: Sale products under $40 are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund. You are welcome to an exchange or store credit.
When a customer IS eligible for a Refund or Exchange:
The item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in any way.
The item(s) size label is intact.
The item(s) have a general manufacturing defect.
The item(s) is being returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the item(s).
When a customer is NOT eligible for a Refund or Exchange:
The item(s) has been damaged by consumer neglect.
The item(s) elastic has perished.
The item(s) straps have stretched.
The item(s) lining has perished or disintegrated in some way.
The item(s) has pilling or snags in the fabric, including damage that causes a fuzzy texture.
The item(s) is being returned outside of our 21 day exchange period.
Item/s purchased in 'Sale' or other promotional activity are eligible for exchange or store credit..

If you have an issue with an item and believe you are eligible for a refund, repair or exchange, please print the return note below, complete the details and mail it along with the item to the address listed on the form.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault please photograph the problem area and email it to us. We can then assess the situation and proceed with the process. Ensure that the photograph is clear and accurately displays the problem. Email photos to: info at aquadivaswimwear dot com
